Are you tired of working hard and seeing little or no results for your efforts?  If your answer is yes to this question, then Ironmike Training Systems (ITS) are for you.

On the ITS program your time and schedule are key to the success of the program.

You know your schedule better than anyone. You will have direct input into the needs and goals of your program.

Based on this information a timely and efficient program will be designed to accommodate your personal itinerary.

Motivation will be provided through knowledge.  Knowledge you gain provided by ITS.  Motivation will also be provided in the attainment of small goals to ensure you are on target to your ultimate goal.

How ITS Works

Based on human and exercise physiology research, training is based on the principle of Periodization.

Using macrocycles, mesocycles and microcycles, your training will follow specific adaptations your body gains.

Basically, ITS will provide a training schedule for you.  You no longer have to guess about your program.  Just follow the simple Workout Prescription .

If fitness is your goal, then ITS can provide information and schedules for bodybuilding as well as general fitness.  Don’t know what exercise equipment to use? Let ITS formulate the plan for you.  ITS can also help you with your Nutrition concerns.

Do you know the best Cardiovascular (Cardio) exercise?  Do you know how much cardio you should do?  Do you know when you should do it?  Do you know the proper intensity?  Let ITS determine your needs based on your goal. By following the Successful Training Rules, you to can achieve your fitness goals.

Fitness Programs and Information for the Individual or Group Demanding Timely and Efficient Training.

Training Levels

Depending on your needs and/or goals the following packages are available to you.

Level 1.  This training package is designed for the athlete on a budget.  With a description of your goals, the most efficient training scheme will be compiled to help you meet your needs for a one-time fee.

Level 2.  This program is specific to your goal.  With this package you have the ability to provide feedback to further facilitate your training needs.  Nutrition questions.  Strength training concerns, etc.

Level 3.  This is the most specific package available.  Included are all the above packages plus Fitness assessment including: Body Fat analysis, VO2max Test, Nutrition counseling and more.  You also receive constant feedback on your training progress.

About the Developer

ITS developer, Michael Urquhart (Ironmike), has been in the Muscle Physiology and Fitness field for 25 years.  He has trained elite and amateur athletes.  He has studied at the  Masters Degree Level in Muscle Physiology.  He is also a certified Triathlon Academy Coach and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.
