Successful Training Rules

 

1.   Be consistent!!

 

2.   Know your training goal.

 

3.   Set up a training schedule according to your own personal itinerary and follow it.

 

4.   Follow the principal of periodization.

 

5.   While aerobic training, 90% of your workout should be aerobic.

 

6.   Do strength training, i.e., weight lifting.

 

7.   Maintain a proper balance of caloric intake and caloric output.

 

8.   Stay hydrated.

 

9.   Get physiological testing often.

 

  10.  Be consistent!!
